He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Herbert and Delores Harrang Lambert; his wife Bernadette Cade Lambert; his sons, Troy, Jr. (Robyn) and Ian Mycol Lambert, Sr. (Trachelle); his stepchildren, Thaddeus, Victor Jason (Maleka) and Mary Sunmoni; his siblings, Byron Louis Lambert, Patricia Veal (Leonard), Adell, Youlanda Lambert, Kim Gaines (Guy) and Shelly Smith (Reginald); and his sisters-in-law, Christine Robinson, Clementine Soniat, Vanessa Matthews (Ronald) and Brenda McKay (Leroy). He was also cherished by loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
