He was predeceased by: his sons, Brian Levy and Michael Erdey; and his parents, Leon Levy and Leda Ruth Levy. He is survived by: his wife Chris Ladner Levy; his daughters, Mindy Starkey (Marty) and Monica Levy; his granddaughter Michaela Balfantz; his great grandchild Carsan Culler; Billie Ann Hutchinson, Phil and Katelyn.
