He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernell Richard and Nicholas Cucinello, Sr.; and his brother Ronald Cucinello. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Hartley Cucinello; his stepparent Lude Dominique; his children, Nicole Cucinello-Bertus, Danielle C. Vindel, Nicholas Cucinello III (Melissa Breaux) and Jonathan Cucinello (Jessica Walther); his grandchildren, Emily V. Morales (Chad), Samuel Bertus (Allie), Isabella, Elliott Vindel, Savannah, Sophia Cucinello, Lt. Zachary Longworth, Graysen Bankston and Stella Warren; and his siblings, Connie D. Christaiso and William Cucinello. He is also survived by his siblings-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Mothe Funeral Home (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Harvey - Mothe Funeral Homes (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:15 PM at the Hook and Ladder Cemetery (1050 Lafayette St, Gretna, LA 70053).
