He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfounder Kirk and Maggie Kirk of Washington. He is survived by : his wife Gloria Dean Brown Kirk; his children, Andre Kirk of Tampa, FL, Gayland Kirk of Gulf Breeze, FL, Stephanie Morrow of Dallas, TX, Sylvia Kirk of Dallas, TX and Monica Beene-Ridley of Haynesville, LA; and his siblings, Nateasie Kendrick of Ft. Worth, TX, Mararia Adams of Benton, LA, Charles Henderson of Portland, OR, Alphonso Kirk and Claudel Bell of Haynesville, LA. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers honoring Mr. Kirk, his family suggests memorials be made to Hatter Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, 1770 Murphy Dr., Haynesville, LA 71038.
