We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2020, at the age of 72, Leona Desoto Ducote of Hessmer, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edwin Desoto and Yvonne Ducote Desoto; her husband Myron Ducote; and her sister Emalee Juneau. She is survived by : her children, Randy Ducote (Shirley), Angela D. Johnson of Hessmer and Connie Ducote of Hessmer; and her sisters, Eladene Bryant of Brouillette, Geraldine Juneau of Marksville, Betty Lachney of Pineville and Frances Moses of Brouillette. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
