He was predeceased by : his parents, Wesley Valois, Sr. and Theresa Lemoine Valois; and his siblings, Wesley Valois, Jr., Leroy Valois, Matthew Valois, Mary Ann Scallan and Emily Valois.

He is survived by : his wife Ruth D. Valois of Hessmer; his daughters, Cynthia Leslie (Joe) of Montz, Debra Trahan (Jeffrey) of Destrahan and Angela Laborde (Barney) of Hessmer; and his siblings, Ben Valois of Plaucheville and Kate Valois of Alexandria. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
