It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Dauzat (Hessmer, Louisiana), who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa Dauzat to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Lonis Dauzat; her parents, Edmond Michot and Edwina Dupuy Michot; and her sisters, Locadee Ducote and Mable Ducote.

She is survived by : her children, Luther Dauzat (Nellie) of Hessmer, Louanna Lachney (Ury) of Hessmer and Charles Dauzat (Carol) of Mississippi; and her brother Edmond Michot, Jr. of Abita Springs. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
