It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Newton H. Stafford (Holden, Louisiana), who passed away on July 10, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hannie Stafford and Ollie Stafford; his son Chuck Stafford; his grandsons, Aaron Stafford and Jason Stafford; his sister Rose Tilley; his brother-in-law Dempsey McMorris; and his brothers, Johnnie Stafford and Milton Stafford.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Milton; his sons, Lamar Stafford and Nat Stafford (Doris); and his siblings, Marie McMorris and Carlton Stafford. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
