He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cangelosi and Congetta Brettillo Cangelosi; and his siblings, Joseph Cangelosi Jr., Paul Rick Cangelosi, Nancy Cangelosi Babin, Patricia and Mary Cangelosi.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Cangelosi (Billy) and John Cangelosi, Jr. (Erica Cangelosi); his grandchildren, Aaliyah, Deja, Destiny, Dedrick, Giovanni, Devonte', Johnte'Cangelosi, Milah Henry, Za'Kyrie Reeves, Keelan and Jordan Beal; his stepchildren, Tyler Ingram, Bethany (Chad), Mallory (Cody) and Tanna Henry; and his brothers, Nick Cangelosi (Sis) and Andrew Cangelosi (Cindy).
