She was predeceased by : her husband Doyle Eugene Joiner; her son Arthur Ray Joiner; her parents, Vernie Gibson and Annie Allen Gibson; her sister Vernie Mae Thomas; and her granddaughters, Amanda Joiner and Laura Joiner.

She is survived by : her son Doyle Joiner (Sondra); her daughter-in-law Sally Joiner; and her grandchildren, Amber Joiner, Austin Joiner and Halle Joiner.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena With (11886 US-84, Jena, LA 71342). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
