We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2021, at the age of 90, Joyce Finlay of Jena, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Fulton Powell, Sr. and Mettie Cornwell Powell; her husband Charlie Finlay; and her siblings, Bonnie Mae Knight, Billy Powell, Fred Powell, Jr., Douglas Powell and Jack Powell.

She is survived by : her sons, Rusty Finlay, Gene Finlay and Scott Finlay; and her foster daughter Jennifer Grimm.
