He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Ann Leger Charpentier; his sons, Marty Charpentier (Justina) of Florida, Jessie Charpentier, Sr. (Margaret "Ginger") of St. Martinville, LA and Pierre "Pete" (Wendy) of Good Year, AZ; his brothers, Richard "Dickie" Charpentier, Sr. of Jennings, LA and Thomas "Uncle Tom" Charpentier of Larose, LA; his grandchildren, Erica, Eva, Elfer, Jessie, Jr., Caleb, Benjamin, Joseph and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Diem, Lennon Paul Adams, Naudia and Lotus Green; his great great grandchild Lydia; and his godchildren, Thomas Charpentier and Gina Rodricgue.
