He was predeceased by : his parents, Bertha Sensat Myers and Hillias Myers; his brother Lawrence (Verna); and his son Bryan. He is survived by : his wife Verna Courville; his daughter Pamela Myers (Michelle); his grandson Christopher Hershey; and his great grandchild Jaylynn Hershey.

He was instrumental in starting the St. Catherine's School Foundation, serving as its President and CEO for its first 3 years of its operation.
