He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cook (Bland) of Maringouin; his children, Kayla Cook of New Roads, Brandon Cook of Marigouin and Shane Jiles (Bridget) of Karnack; his grandchildren, Bently Jiles, London Jiles, Finley Jiles, Bailee Jiles and Brayden Mougeot; and his siblings, John Cook of Steven Gaines and Rhonda Gains. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
