He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Herman and Lola Eliza Rascoe (Whatley). He is survived by: his son Jon Rascoe; his sister Carolyn Robinson; and his sibling's children, Rhonda Strain, Stacy Yeates, Lisa Robinson and Joel Robinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
