She was predeceased by: her children, Doyle Futrell, Mary Ellen Smith and Delores Privett; her great grandchild Dennis Futrell of Edwin Futrell; her parents, Charles Lenard and Grace Menshew (Goode); and her siblings, Alfred Menshew, Willie Menshew, James Menshew, Monalea Robertson, Dorothy Denet and Ruth Mathews.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Elaine Mason, Diana Marie Hammons, Cleasey Ernest Futrell and Charles Lenard Futrell; and her sister Myrtle Clark of Ruby Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
