He is survived by: his wife Nellie Tyler Barlow of Weston, Louisiana; his children, Rick Barlow (Amy) of Weston, Dallas Barlow (Gladys) of Tomball and Caryn Barlow Jenkins (Devin) of Stonewall, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Breann Singleton (Kody), Dakota Barlow, Noah Barlow, Malaika Barlow, Josiah Barlow, Pierce Jenkins and Addison Jenkins; his great grandchild Connor Singleton; and his siblings, Janette Barlow Coy of Kewanee and Dennie Barlow of Jonesboro, Louisiana..
