He is survived by: his wife Deborah McGuffee Womack; his children, Cari Ann Nicholson (Nick) of Jonesville, Gretchen Bacon (Terry) of Jonesville and Cleveland Webb Womack II; his wife Megan (Olivero) of Lafayette; his mother Ann Webb Womack; his siblings, Janie Womack Cater and Bill Wesley Womack; his grandchildren, Hunter Nicholson (Jessica), Natalie Nicholson, George Bacon, Carol Ann Bacon, Cari Scott Bacon and Cleveland "Tre" Webb Womack III; his mother-in-law Irma Dean Eubanks McGuffee; and his aunt Alma McClure Womack.
