With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Nelson (Keithville, Louisiana), who passed away on December 27, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cewilla Gearrald and Sam Nelson; and his brothers, James and Rex. He is survived by: his stepfather Alfred "Bud" Williams; his daughters, Patricia Hayes (Gary) and Susan Shofner (Bobby); his grandchildren, Ryan Williams (Clint), Shane Williams (Catie) and Michael Hayes (Abby); his great grandchildren, Sara, Lily and Claire; his sibling's children, Cindy Nelson Welch (Mike) and Jeff Nelson (Sherry); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Justin, Sierra and Savanna.
