He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet Haar Foto; his stepchildren, Stephen Roche (Missy Kurian) and Kristy Roche; his grandchild Ryleigh Roche; his parents, Angelina Christina and Dominic Joseph Foto; his brothers, Jacob Foto (Mary Gail) and Dominic Foto, Jr.; and his siblings' children, Joseph "Roch", Dominic Weilbaecher and Desiree Adams.
