He is survived by: his spouse Paulette Messina Fenger; his children, Cherie Fenger, Cheris Fenger and Charles Fenger, Jr. (Nicki); his grandchildren, Kaila Hand, Chad Griffin, Justin Griffin (Mariah), Heather Miley (Travis), Skye Fletcher, Bella Fenger, Brittany Dellavalle, Meagan Dellavalle, Zachary Dellavalle and Taylor Dellavalle; and his siblings, Judith Fenger of Herman Fenger, III and Peggy Truxillo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
