He was predeceased by: his sibling-in-law Herman E. "Buddy" Leiser (Linda Brewer); his parents, Fredrick Clutterbuck and Marie Lucille Goff Clutterbuck; his stepmother Elouise Clutterbuck; his sister Mary Elizabeth Francis; his stepsiblings, Jerry DeLouise, Sr., Harold DeLouise and Shirley DeLouise; his sibling's children, Michele Leiser, Tiffany Chavaria and Dickie Francis; and his mother-in-law Rosalie Mary Famularo Leiser.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Marie Dugas (Michael) and Robert Charles Edward Clutterbuck; his grandchildren, Ryan Michael Dugas, Rebecca Rose Dugas and McKenna Rose Clutterbuck; his siblings-in-law, Rose Ann Annis (late Richard "Rick" Annis), Lawrence Leiser, Sr. (Diane), Nancy Kreiter (late Thomas "Tommy" Kreiter) and Alice Mae Leiser Merrick (Wayne); his stepbrother Joe DeLouise; his sibling's children, Jessica, Jacob, Christine, Veronica, Melissa, Wayne Allen, Terri, Michael, Kathy, JoAnn, Eddie, Raymond, Joey and Larry Charles; and his close friend Donald Bourgeois. He is also survived by numerous other great nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
