He is survived by: his spouse Callista Glaser Lee; his children, Melissa Ghaibi (Alex), Michelle Surla (Ben), Jennifer Giavotella (Enrico) and Trey Lee (Lisa); his stepchildren, Michael Glaser (Angela) and Wayne Glaser (Becky); his parent Margie Cutrer Lee; and his siblings, Robert Lee (Lynn), Betty Marcel and Dolores Piccolo. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
