He is survived by: his children, Joyce Dean (late Robert), Robert Frank (Carole), Melvin Frank (Linda) and Stephen Frank (Julie); his grandchildren, Janice Triplett (Sean), Cheryl Wellingham (Mark), Dennis Frank, Stephen Frank, Jr. (Shawn), Joe Frank and Tracy Gordon (Monica); his great grandchildren, Cian Triplett, Bain Triplett, Corinn Wellingham, Ian Frank, Aiden Paz, Michael Paz, Jonathan Gordon and Donovan Gordon; and his parent Marguerite Lattier Frank.
