He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm J. Martiny and Anna Mae Althans Martiny; and his sibling Wayne Martiny. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Azzarello Martiny; his siblings, Kit Martiny (Vicki), Kathy McCollim (Kip) and Sharon Martiny; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Azzarello and Marylyn Comesana (Clem); and his siblings' children, C. J. Rabito, Joshua McCollim, Tristyn Martiny, Ronald Comesana (Dawn), Tanjha Comesana Case (Gordon) and Jennifer Comesana Adams (Robby). He is also survived by 4 great nephews and 6 great nieces.
