He is survived by: his wife Melanie Ann Melton; his children, Pamela McLaurin-Lee (Rich) of Slidell, LA, Kimberly Walton (Rick) of Rockwall, TX, Andrea Edge (Steve) of Conway, SC and Adam Schmidt (Laurie) of Metairie, LA.; his grandchildren, Brian, Nicholas, Jared, Michael, Brynn, AJ and Ethan; and his sisters, Patricia Melton, Janet Melton-Godwin and Pamela Melton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and family members.
