He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Emerson Miller, Sr. and Eldmay F. Miller; his brother Orville Emerson Miller, Jr. (Orvie); and his sisters-in-law, Joann R. Miller (Orvie) and Jackie L. Miller (Chic).
He is survived by: his wife Connie H. Miller; and his sister Rita Mae Miller (Milton). He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews and 25 great nieces and nephews.
