It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Anthony Messina Sr. of Kenner, Louisiana, born in Independence, Louisiana, who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Messina and Anna Muncive Messina; and his siblings, Virginia, Frances, Laura, Mario, Nick and Carlo.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Peterson Messina; his children, Frank Messina, Jr. (Debra), Janene Allen (Derrick), Ann Carman (Shawn) and Errol "Roy" Elcock; his son-in-law Adam Keith Allen, Sr.; his grandchildren, Adam Keith Allen, Jr., Adrion Allen, Brittany Allen, Brianna Allen, Frank Messina, III, Sammi Messina, Sara Marsilia, Jennifer Marsilia and Alexandra Carman; his great grandchildren, Amiyah Allen, Adalyn Travis and Adam Keith Allen, III; his stepdaughter Mary Lynn Champagne (Robert); and his stepgrandchildren, Lillian and James Champagne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
