She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice L. Burk; and her brother Max Rafalowicz of Belgium. She is survived by: her child Jan M. Greenberg (Laura) of Nevada; and her sister Augusta Luksberg (late Romain) of New York. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
