He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Day Hall; his parents, Addell Pierce Hall and R. K. Hall; and his brother Ernest Hall. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Hall Parker (Alvin) and Kenneth M. Robbins (Myra); his sister Doris Gill; and his grandchildren, Justin T. Parker (Nicole), Jessica R. Parker, Tyler Robbins, Jon M. Robbins, Krista Gibson (James) and Matthew Newman. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
