She was predeceased by: her husband Donald R. Gomez; her grandson Richard J. Rorabaugh, Jr. (Annabelle); her parents, Enest Toups and Mabel Rider Toups; and her sister Dorothy Lalumia.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Gomez Ishee (late Jerome Ishee), Suzanne Gomez Buras (late Glenn Buras) and Melanie Gomez Vasalech (David Vasalech); her grandchildren, James Mashon (Jennifer Mashon), April Forest, Angela Forest, Christine Rorabaugh, Joshua Vasalech and Evan Vasalech; and her brothers, Arnold Toups, Benjamin Toups and Wilmer Toups. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
