He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Fournet (Applewhite); his sister-in-law Barbara Simmons (Butenhoff); his children, David Fournet (Robin), Deborah Fournet (Robin Pitre) and Daniel Fournet (Brandy); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Noell, Carter Fournet (Kaitlyn), Anna Fournet and Reid Fournet; and his nephews, Brandon and Conner Simmons.
