She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Kintz; and her daughter Linda O'Keefe. She is survived by: her husband Louie S. Foy Sr.; her father Russell E. Kintz; her children, Darrell Maples, Louie S. Foy Jr. and Sonny Foy; her siblings, Donna Nummy and Russell M. Kintz; her stepsiblings, Victor Zurigo, Sandra King and Joyce Zurigo; her grandchildren, Louie S. Foy III, Molly Foy, Virginia Foy, Emily Foy, Tyler Foy, Pamela O'Keefe, Jasmine Maples and Dakota Maples; and her great grandchild Rhett Foy.
