He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin M. Clancy and Alma Graves Clancy; his spouse Mabel Dutreix Clancy; and his brothers, John Lloyd Clancy and Martin "Mike" Clancy.
He is survived by: his son Patrick F. Clancy, Jr. (Annemarie); and his grandsons, Sean P. Clancy (Melanie) of Austin and Devin M. Clancy of Asheville. He is also survived by friends, and his brothers.
