He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Hermann, Sr. and Hyacinth Z. Hermann. He is survived by: his wife June L. Hermann; his children, David P. Hermann, Sr. (Donna), Donna H. Bourgeois (Barry) and Denise H. Witchen (Eddie); his grandchildren, David, Jr. (Jennie), Derek, John Paul, Devin, Barry, Dylan, Brianna and Andrew; and his great grandchild Jason.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are preferred.
