He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Yvonne Abraham Napolitano; his children, Cindy Stephenson (Tommy) and Sandy Napolitano; his grandchildren, Rick Stephenson (Julie), Stacy Brewer (Tim), Tommy Stephenson Jr. (Heather), Mandi Luc, Lenny Luc, Nikki Cocchiara (Derek) and Rikki Ray; his great grandchildren, Katie Brewer, Olivia Lillian, Charlotte Stephenson, Caison Gilbert and Riley Luc; his parents, Pascal Napolitano and Verlean Elgier Napolitano; and his brother Roy Napolitano (Linda).
