He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Turner and Ida Scott Turner-Gay; and his brothers, Charlie, Curtis and Sterling Turner.

He is survived by: his wife Marion Miller Turner; his daughters, Theorion Ericka Turner-Linton and Muriel Lucas Brock; his son-in-law Fitzroy "Damion" Linton; and his grandchildren, Theron Fortier, Ashleigh Curtis, Wuanique Lucas-Cowan, Daniel Monjarres and Tiffany Starks. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Due to COVID-19, all attendees are REQUIRED to wear face masks.
