He is survived by: his children, Mark A. Desoto (Janine) and Tillman J. DeSoto, Jr. (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Amanda DeSoto Glaub, James DeSoto, Jr. (Eva) and Tillman DeSoto, III (Tracey). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
