She was predeceased by: her father Pete Amick; her brother Mark Karl Amick; and her grandson Matthew Paul Barber. She is survived by: her mother Helen Fern Amick; her siblings, Russ Amick and Kelly Amick; her children, Rachael Foretich Barber (Darren Barber) and David Cole Foretich; and her granddaughter Madison Moon Foretich.
