She is survived by: her daughters, Paula M. Cutrer (Richard), Dera H. Hughes (Mark) and Johnette L. Doty (Richard); her grandchildren, Stacy Haase (Timmy), Jamie Clark (Christine), Kamie Harper (Caleb), Kevin Cutrer (Michelle), Ricky Cutrer (Jeanie), Daniel Hughes (Laura), Elizabeth Cash (Shane), Kelly S. Payne, Ricky Simmons (Stacie), Jeremy Simmons (Kelly), Andrew Doty (Brittany) and Jeremy Doty; her great grandchildren, Bethany Dunn (Caleb), Emiley, Lexi, Mason, Ella, Sammy, Caleb, Nathan, Tessa, Avelyn, Nadya, Iyla, Logan, Seth, Blaine, Andrew, Zack, Madalynne, Hannah Kay, Hayden, Christopher, Lauren, Madison, Bailey, Brody, Emma, Leah, Ezra and Abram; her great great grandchild Alyse; and her siblings, Joseph M. Mayfield Jr. (Doris) and Mary Mayfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
