He is survived by: his children, Michelle Hebert Bates, Justin Hebert (Bronte), Angela Thompson (Gerald Averett, III) and Michael Hurst (Brandy); his grandchildren, Haley Bates, Tyler Bates, Adam Bates, Skylar Bates, Braelyn Bates, Jerrid Marvin Thompson, Brody Hurst, Macy Hurst, Harlee Seitz and Bentley Keith Hebert; his sister Phyllis Hebert; and his mother Gertrude Hebert.
In lieu of flowers, pot plants are preferred.
