She is survived by: her husband Douglas Batiste, Sr.; her children, Douglas Batiste, Jr. and Charman Batiste; her sisters, Maebel Meade, Beulah Talbert (Clarence, Jr.), Berthella Tillman (Henry), Dorothy Mora (Jose), Emily Herron, Annette Johnson, Gwendolyn Brumfield and Idella Johnson; and her aunt Eliska Flakes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
