It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Prejeant (Labadieville, Louisiana), who passed away on January 29, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Prosper Prejeant and Alice Bergeron Prejeant; and his siblings, Jesse Prejeant, Chester Prejeant, Beulah Guillot, Eula Gauthreaux, Eunice Gauthreaux, Enola Thibodaux and Doris Boudreaux.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Prejeant; his children, Chrystle Pitre (David Pitre), Leslie Prejeant (Lester Lassere) and Troy Prejeant, Sr. (Tonya Prejeant); his grandchildren, Macy Pitre Gosser (Brandon Gosser), Samantha Prejeant (Jimmy Verdin), Troy Prejeant Jr. (Michell Parks), Benton Adams and Grant Adams; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Westerfield, Paislee Verdin and Easton Gosser; and his sister Dorothy Naquin.
