He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Gallagher and Marva Castille Gallagher. He is survived by : his wife Faye C. Gallagher; his sons, Tim Gallagher (Sarah) and Jeff Gallagher (Laurie); his grandchildren, Nicholas Gallagher, Lauren Gallagher, Trey Gallagher, Ethan Theriot and Logan Theriot; and his brothers, Donald Gallagher (Maddy) and Kenneth Gallagher (Janelle). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Philomena Catholic Church in Labadieville, Louisiana.
