She was predeceased by: her parents, Emea Babineaux Onezine and Pierre Onezine; her siblings, Hazel Batiste, Beulah Zeno, Mary Maczeal, Alvin, Almond, Calvin and Vincent Onezine; her grandson Ronald Cormier Jr.; and her niece Gastavia Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur Cormier; her children, Ronald Cormier, Michael James Cormier, Peggy Faye Cormier and Caroline Cormier Thompson (Fred); her sister Carrie Jean Batiste; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey J. Broussard, Jr., Geralyn Cormier, Erica Cormier, Charlene Boudreaux and Dewana Boudreaux. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 10, 2022, at Syrie Funeral Home from 8:30 a. m. until 10:30 a. m. All attendees must wear masks or face coverings.
