She is survived by: her children, Mark Derise, Pastor of Sts, Peter, Paul, Terri Faulk Fava (Sean) and Kerri Elizabeth Faulk (David); her grandchildren, Tyler DeCesare (Allie), Hunter Faulk (Courtney), Payton LeBoeuf (Kayla) and Lillie Fava; her great grandchildren, Leighla, Grayson and Braidyn; her niece Pamela Chaney Broussard (Richard); her godson Troy Chaney (Cindy); her nephew David Chaney (Debbie); her brother-in-law Lynn Chaney; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel Broussard, Haley Broussard Hebert, Logan Chaney and Madison Chaney.
