She was predeceased by: her parents, Jules Fontenot and Ella Mae Fontenot Guillory; her former husband Bill Campbell; her husband William Vegas; and her daughters, Elizabeth Lenore Campbell and Rebecca Sliman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Micki Lavergne (Keith) of Mamou and Danielle Vegas (Jeremy) of Golden Meadow, LA; and her siblings, Theresa Miller (Sheldon) of Iota, Dorothy Serlin (Phil) of Anaheim, CA, Susan Bergeron (June) of Eunice, Donald Fontenot (Sara) of Pineville and Mark Fontenot (Yvette) of Ville Platte. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
