He is survived by: his children, Jessica F. Douget (Boyd), Kristy F. Foret (Wendell) and Beau J. Fontenot (Christina); his grandchildren, Tyler Byrd, Macie Douget, Drew Vidrine, Weston Fontenot and Caroline Fontenot; and his close friend Midge Parker.
