Caron Lingo Firmin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Caron Lingo Firmin in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on August 3, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert Lingo and Mercedes Cox Lingo; her husband Henry Alex Firmin; her children, Becky F. Carter and Henry Anthony Firmin; and her grandparents, George S. Cox, Mercedes Dupaquier Cox, John T. Lingo and Pearl Evans Lingo.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Giovanetti (Richard) of Big Bend, Sandra Price (Jason) of Hamburg and Ronald Firmin (Kim) of Hessmer; and her sister Mary Millen of Lacombe. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren (15 spouses); 33 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Escude Funeral Home (115 Lemoine St, Moreauville, LA 71355). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (142 Rexmere Ln, Moreauville, LA 71355).
