With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad Stevens (Lafayette, Louisiana), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 30, 2020 at the age of 28. He was predeceased by: his daughter Loreli Stevens; his sister Jennifer Lynn Stevens; and his grandparents, Dolores Comeaux Faulk and Chester L. Stevens. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Stevens of Youngsville and Julie Comeaux Stevens of Broussard; his siblings, Kristen Richardson of Broussard, Chris Richardson of Broussard, Michael Stevens (Julie Renae) of Burlington, KY and John Stevens (Kristina) of Colonie, NY; and his grandparents, L. J. Comeaux, Jr. of New Iberia and Victoria Stevens of Lafayette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
With regards to the COVID-19 mandates, attendance in the cemetery will be limited to ten persons or less at one time.
